This ensemble is quite unique in the world – for over 50 years (under the name of its sister entity the Heidelberg Chamber Orchestra) it has been taking beautiful chamber music of the 17th and 18th centuries to thousands of people all over the world, – ordinary people in simple settings, almost entirely self sufficiently.
